Jimmy John's - Scottsdale

I haven't been to JJ's in a while, and now I remember why. It seems like when certain staff get upset, they struggle to handle customer service, which leaves a negative impression on customers.

Ordered #9 Italian Night Club salami, capucilla ham, cheese, onion, oil vinegar with a side of pickle. Delicious!!!

Poor service! The person who took our order wouldn’t even look up from under his hat to make eye contact. He was very abrupt. If I had known we would be treated this way, we would have gone to Jersey Bakes right next door. It’s no surprise that this place is so empty.

Hours need to be updated online so people don't show up thinking you guys are open when your not. Or they might be literally just locking the door to prevent people from coming in when they're actually open. I saw 2 guys inside just talking when they were supposed to be open but the door was locked and they just looked at me and did nothing.

I ordered a veggie sandwich specifically for the avocado, and to my disappointment, it didn't have any avocado in it at all!
