Chef J Dim Sum Chinese - Scottsdale

Not bad place. The staff is very nice. And quick on service. Not very busy though and seems most ppl order out. The portions are BIG. Combos are worth the extra cost because of the egg roll alone is the price difference. The egg drop soup is delicious and better in my opinion than the hot and sour. The Krap puffs have no Krab and knew that based on a review. That?s odd and should have Krab. If ppl are allergic then they shouldn?t eat it. Only gripe is the steamed stickybuns w/ BBQ pork. Too thick. And the pork was Cold. Yuck. 3 for $5 not bad price but just the worst. Beer prices were good and interesting they serve ?chips? aka wonton w/ sweet and sour sauce. Pricey compared to other places. Butprobably order one meal for 2 ppl next time.

This is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the Valley! We tried the Happy Family dish with large shrimp, beef, and chicken pieces, and the broth was full of flavor. The egg rolls were delicious and not greasy at all. The potstickers and shrimp tempura were large and crispy. This will now be our go-to place for Chinese food delivery. They paid attention to every detail and everything was perfect.

Food arrived hot. I enjoyed the fried rice and egg-roll. The Sweet Sour Chicken was a very good portion. It was also freshand tasty My only issue was that the sauce was watery. Id order again.

So good. the spicy garlic Edamame was amazing. Loved Loved the wonton soup and the eggroll was delicious!
