Bidrage med feedbackThe bark was the most tender and tasteful we've ever eaten. it was a nice tasty to welcome with plantain chips instead of brot. the owner has personally introduced us. tell us the story of eating and his family, personality and heart added to our culinary experience. perfectly seasoned and a great place to enjoy a slow evening like the European ones.
We have been meaning to visit Carvalho's and took advantage of Restaurant Week to try their food. We loved it! There were three of us so we got to try three different dishes black bean rice with sausage, a shrimp stew in acorn squash, and a seafood stew. We had enough left over to get another great meal. We definitely plan to go back and highly recommend this restaurant.
We went to Carvalho's for Restaurant Week and were delighted by this find! Everything we tried was delicious, especially the acorn squash filled with shrimp in a cream and cheese sauce and the chocolate cake with coconut ganache filling. Our waiter Marlon was terrific, and I recommend asking for his section when you go. Also, be sure to try a Brazilian beer or caipirinha, you won't be disappointed!
Had a great time and really enjoyed the food! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Will go back again!!
