Bidrage med feedbackI understand COVID is hard in everyone. But this BWW cannot get their act together. To-go food is always cold (7 times in a row). Why do I keep going? My wife wanted it.
What a horrible experience. Bartender was so uninformed she didn 't know what a pint glass is. The person sitting next to me was asking about a party platter and she didn 't know what that is. The person a couple of seats down asked for a side of buffalo sauce that he had to ask for twice again. He said his food was cold. The manager I guess who came by for a moment was surly. I don 't know why anyone would go to this place unless it was by accident. I stopped by for a beer after shopping. I was not offered a menu. It just totally sucked. The who visit sucked. No wonder it 's empty.
Someone gave me $100 gift certificate for Buffalo wild wings. I had an after work cocktail party this past Friday and thought it might be fun to use them so I went down and ordered 100 wings which came to about $120 and change. Got them home with them on the table to eat within 20 minutes of picking them up at the store. Wings were hard and overcooked. Barely any sauce and so dry it was a challenge to chew I'm pretty disappointed in general. Might have been a bad night but I'm not spending another 120+ to find out Just tasted like sad day old wings. This was the Phoenix metro center location.
The food was very good and the service both the hostess and the wait staff was excellent. So very pleasant. Highly recommend.
When my drink arrived, I was pleased to find the beer was good and cold. The appetizers were decent, but the boneless wings were primarily breading with very little chicken—probably around 75% breading to 25% meat. The traditional wings appeared unappetizing, looking like they were just skin and bones without much flavor or substance. The most shocking part of the experience was the bill, which totaled $68 before tip for two people. A plate of just six traditional wings and six boneless wings cost $22.99 on its own, which felt quite steep. Given this experience, I find it unlikely that I'll return. However, after the company responded to my feedback, I decided to reach out through their website out of curiosity to see if they would acknowledge my concerns. To my surprise, the chef replied within a few days, and we exchanged several friendly emails. By the end of our correspondence, I was pleased with the way she addressed my issues and genuinely appreciated her commitment to improving the customer experience. Overall, I was impressed by her level of responsibility and attentiveness to my feedback.
