At our reservation of 7:30 o'clock. hibachi entrees only started 9 o'clock. I had a little child with me who had waited 90 minutes before someone started cooking. it was the longest waiting I've ever seen, sitting once. I will not come back. why book? also there was no communication about waiting. the poor waitress, who was not guilty, disappeared over 40 minutes. empty jars, sushi dishes without room or refilling and a group of 8 hungry/angry men waiting to be fed, no waitress or manager to explain before location. that's a bad service.

I find excess noise in a restaurant that distracts from the meal and negative effects on the dining room experience. this retaurant was too loud. the chef was good, but I couldn't hear him when he talked about the loud environment. Eat was good, but portioning excessively small and quality not up to the level I would expect from price and call. the service was very bad. Once she had her drink and apetizer, there was no real service to the end of the meal. for example, my glass water was empty most meal times and waitress was not in itself to ask for more. for a $100 plus meal for two, which is unacceptable service.

Eating was very good. both the waiter and our koch citrino were very good. the food was perfectly cooked. come back.

The food quality was terrible! Several of us had eaten at other locations like Vegas, Dallas, and Denver and they were all excellent! I felt very sure about recommending it to my daughter for my granddaughter’s birthday while in Scottsdale. My daughter remarked it’s a good thing we didn’t get sick! That’s how bad it was! Also the women’s bathroom was dirty, there was wet carpet in one area and a few of the letters of the sign outside were not lit. That should have been our first clue. Extremely dissatisfied!
