Sonic Drive-in - Scottsburg

I visit this sonic maybe once a year, it's always dreadful. Half the screens are unusable and the service takes forever. I waited for 20 minutes for 4 drinks. One foundation drink, 2 slushes and a limeade. I'm reminded each time I go how horrible it is. My last visit, sat for 45 minutes to get a order placed on the app. Corporate needs to intervene. It's awful.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before switching to the drive up screen. Waited there another 10 minutes and for my food for another 10 minutes. When I got to the park less than 2 miles away, my fries were ice cold and hard, my chicken tenders were soggy and there was none of the sauces the worker told me was in my bag. $10 and an hour of my kids park time wasted.

It took 30mins to get a milkshake and sundae. 2 cars behind me got their food before me.

My meal was a 1/4 lb hot dog with cheese and coney sauce with tots and a Root beer They were great.My wife got a cheese burger meal.The hamburger patty was uneible too hard to cut with a knife)her tots and Sweet tea were delicious.

Order 44 Oz diet Dr pepper. Got regular Dr pepper now my sugar is high. Because I took a big sip of it thinking it was dying. And order the crispy chicken sandwich. What's the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten there again and it's not the first or the third time it's
