You have a good buffet with healthy options and unhealthy options depending on your preferences. The restaurant had a lodge type feeling.

Good food, good service and a friendly atmosphere. Have good discounts also and a large dessert bar.

Very clean, with fast friendly service. Buffet has a beautiful variety and delicious. Definitely good for the price of food.

My husband and I are in the city of Franklin, TN and because of COVID, not many restaurants for Din are open here in this small town. We chose Western Sizzlin but did not know what to expect. From the moment we went, we were greeted, sitting and given an explanation of current politics: no self service and 6’ distancing in the food line. The restaurant was, I dare to say, immaculate! Every employee was attentive and friendly. We got in a strange time, maybe 2:45? And while most places, buffet style, have food that has been in this off-hour since noon, not Western Sizzlin! The food was fresh and tasteful!

Usually avoid this particular place on purpose. My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. We both ate steaks and potatoes off the buffet and we were not disappointed. However the waitress didn't bother to refill my drink until I was completely done with my meal and I had to go to the counter to pay for my food without a ticket because it was never brought to my table. Overall though based on this visit I would come again.
