Maya - Scotts Valley

Grundbeef could benefit from a bit more seasonal creativity. I ordered two beef tacos with rice and beans, which were quite tasty, but the ground beef could use a little more seasoning. On the bright side, the drinks were excellent!

I ordered a simple burrito to go, and it was ready in just five minutes! It was really delicious and reasonably priced too!

The food and margaritas are excellent. The service is attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant, although not particularly remarkable.

Later rainy evening and needed dinner near our hotel. In the mood for Mexican dishes and found the Maya Mexican restaurant. Great food and service. The prices were reasonable. We'll come back the next time we're in the area.

I had ground beef enchiladas, rice and beans. I practically liked the plate. The guacamole was excellent and made fresh so it didn't have that extra lime taste that most have because it was served right away. My cousin has been coming here for 20 plus years but it was my first time. I do not live close, but if I did I would most likely be here once a week. It's about 60 miles from where I live.?Yum Yum Yum
