Burger King - Scotts Valley

There were not many people in the dining area, so several of us had to wait to order at the counter. We ended up leaving after waiting for quite some time because all of the staff seemed to be focused on the drive-through customers.

I recently revisited Burger King after it underwent a remodeling and had been closed for several weeks. In the past, I typically chose McDonald's for fast food, as I usually opted for healthier options like salads and chicken sandwiches and avoided sweets and high-fat items. However, upon trying the cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches at BK, I found them to be of better quality compared to McDonald's equivalents. The buns were better, there was more lettuce, and overall it was a more satisfying experience. I temporarily went back to McDonald's while Burger King was closed, but now that it's open again, I am happy to switch back. During my first visit back, I took photos of the updated Burger King and posted them online after deleting the old ones.

The restaurant was fast, convenient, and affordable, and the food was decent. We arrived during a slow period, so our burgers and fries were lukewarm. You can have fast service, low prices, or top-notch quality—pick two. I believe they will improve when they are busier, and we will definitely give them another chance.

This location was recently renovated to update the building and decor. The menu is the same as any other franchise. Great place for a quick bite.

Rude, mean unhelpful manager. We came to pick up a online order was meet with a sign that said dining room it 's closed ATM. (I think they meant that the dining room is closed at the moment. After knocking on the door over and over again, finally themanager came to the door and said he was at lunch and he couldn 't put our food order together for 30-45 more minutes. We askedif he would reconsider. He said no. I asked to cancel the order and he said he couldn 't help me. I reminded him that it was anonline order that was already paid for and we couldn 't wait that long for it. He said he didn 't care and shut the door. I lookedat him in disbelief and he reopened the door and began to get aggressive with me. We turned around and walked away. We will notbe going back here and will be letting all our friends know about our experience.
