China Buffet - Scottdale

Food was surprisingly good for such a low price. There were about 4 tables worth of options, so plenty of selections. They let me pay with card even though they are cash only because they saw I was on crutches. Despite signs everywhere saying masks aremandatory for the buffet only half of the customers were wearing them.

First time here! I mean the noodles and the broccoli were delish! The coke was stronger than a McDonald?s sprite! The bad thing about it is if you enjoy being watched like a hawk then enjoy your plate!! I would not recommend this place at all. No papertowels in the ladies room! It was $2.00 for my 2year old son to eat. Let me go back to Newnan where I live.

We all adored the garlic pepper shrimp, and my boyfriend and my niece's husband both raved about the mussels. The fried dumplings and cream cheese wontons were fantastic as well. The dessert and salad options were pretty standard, and although there wasn’t a lot of sushi—likely due to our late Saturday night visit—I can't fault them for that. The staff engaged with all of us, including the kids, and made sure our drinks were always filled. Honestly, I think anyone who had a complaint was probably not fully enjoying their meals. It seemed like some people were taking huge portions, eating just a bite, and leaving the rest. If you're unsure about something, I recommend taking smaller portions to sample and then going back for more if you like it. We didn’t feel like we were being watched at all; it was just the normal routine of replenishing drinks and clearing away used dishes.

Great value for the price! The food is delicious and there's plenty of it. Since it's a buffet, the service mainly consists of refilling your tea or soda. Overall, it's much better than fast food.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, and while the place itself wasn’t too bad, the bathroom was extremely dirty—I couldn't even bring myself to use it and had to go back to my table. The only food that seemed fresh and tasted good was the fried rice and noodles; everything else appeared old and unappetizing. The fried catfish, shrimp, dessert, and vegetables all seemed stale. I was hungry and felt I had no choice but to eat. Unfortunately, when we got home, we both felt terrible. I experienced severe diarrhea for the rest of the day, and my husband has been feeling sick since then. I have serious reservations about returning to any of their buffet restaurants, especially on a Sunday, as it seems like they serve leftover food from the week. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
