They catered our wedding. Excellent service and every one complimented how good the food was. Great to work with and very well organized.

We had a great experience with Carson’s Catering for a large birthday party last week. The food and service was great, and the special attention to detail was not unnoticed (i.e. premium fresh sandwich rolls and crackers, variety of dipping sauces for chicken, etc. . Thank you!

Oh how I hate to do this! But you only get one shot at a Thanksgiving meal. Their menu looked absolutely amazing for takeout and I thought it would be the sure fire answer to our holiday meal. Boy was I wrong! It smelled and tasted like something from a nursing home or worse!! The dogs are getting the rest! Honestly, we are the most easy people to please! I would've much rather had McDonald's! At $30 a pop, it's just not fair. I do not recommend Carson's food.

Carson's catered my daughter's wedding at Sanaview Farms on 7-2-22. I can't say enough great things about our experience. They worked with us to make sure that everything was set up perfectly and resolved any small issue immediately. The food was delicious and we had plenty for our guests. Tommy was the go to person and communicated with me on everything. He was very personable and professional. Thank you Carson's for being a part of a perfect day!
