Subway - Scott City

This is the most beautiful Subway I have ever visited! James, the general manager, prepared my sandwich and it was the best one I have ever had! Everything was fresh and presented well! It was so delicious! After a long day at work, I really appreciate having a fresh and tasty meal to take away, and that's exactly what I got! James was very courteous and professional! I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

The woman working at the restaurant seemed rude and I suspect she is the manager. When I inquired about a promotional item, she mocked my education, gave me a strange look, and said she wouldn't eat there herself. I do not recommend visiting the Subway in Scott City.

The restaurant has improved from what it used to be. I support giving opportunities to young people, but I was not impressed with the immature kids working there. They gossiped about customers and I was concerned about what they may have said about me. The food I received was not prepared well and the attitude of the staff was unprofessional. However, on a recent visit, there was at least one mature employee who provided better service. It was not the best experience, but it could have been worse.

Very clean establishment! All the veggies were super fresh, and the manager was courteous and knowledgeable.

Employees were smoking right outside the front entrance.
