Lady (looks young) who works here this morning as I got in my car was sitting next to the front window smoking with a vape. I have it on video of her blowing the vape out of her mouth she quickly puts it down as she sees my camera on her. It was at7:30am on 10/4/22. The other girl was wearing a thrasher shirt but it?s the girl without that shirt. Not very friendly tocustomers either. This is disgusting. Go outside the store and do it. The vape is now in the atmosphere of a small place wherepeople order food. How sick and inconsiderate can someone be??? Please let me know if you are management and see this so I cansend you the video. The other girl working there didn?t even care or say anything. Not sure I?m going to continue ordering fromhere.

Please don't add more than one ingredient to enhance the flavor of your coffee even though you are paying. If you do, it will confuse and anger the staff and she will give you the extra products in mini cups so you can fix your coffee (because shedoesn't know how you want your coffee to taste) the way you like it. Some may not mind this option, but I do. The staff getspaid to prepare orders per the patrons request. Patrons should not have to remake their coffee while standing at the front door.I won't highlight on the number of stale donuts I have purchased and tossed without eating from this location. Trust me if youhave an issue with your order just pay your hard earned money and keep it moving otherwise you will get an attitude from bothcashiers especially the one with the same hair bun/tattoos and the guy who prepares the sandwiches. Perhaps, I don't have thecomplexion for the connection, because they are friendly to who they want to be friendly too. DD on Terrill Road is so muchbetter they actually get it!

Owners should be ashamed poor girl working all by herself long line and no help but yet u can here people in back. She has to do everything with no help customers Getting annoyed due to waiting wanted to order food but didn't want to hold up lineanymore.

Love this spot for 10 years has finally got a crew that really knows my coffee and me.

The morning crew (about 8-10) is great! I had been there 6 months ago or so and had a terrible experience, it was super short staff and they got my order completely wrong. It was quite a mess at the time, and I am very pleased that it has improved enormously. Order is always correct, it seems to be a smooth operation, and the employees are all super nice. Great work!
