Dunkin' - Scotch Plains

He took my money without permission! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium iced vanilla chai tea with no ice, a strawberry sprinkle donut, a Boston creme donut, an old fashioned donut, and a banana. When I checked the bag, I found a chocolate sprinkle donut instead of the strawberry one I ordered. The donuts were also hard. I asked for a refund, but the employee checked the donuts without washing his hands. After arguing back and forth, he reluctantly gave me a refund for only the drink and banana, which totaled $6.20. However, when I left, he charged me again without my consent.

The Dunkin' Donuts located at 2560 US Hwy 22 in Scotch Plains is terrible. Employee Jay, register number 5 at store number 330743, was rude and nasty. He had no business dealing with customers as his communication skills were lacking. It was difficult to understand him at the drive-thru. In my opinion, he needs more training in customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office about this. The coffee was not fresh and the service was bad. Starbucks has excellent customer service - I will no longer be going to Dunkin' Donuts.

I was overcharged for items I didn't purchase at this restaurant. I believe they stole from me.

This restaurant is quick and always gets your order right. I would recommend stopping by in Fanwood and Scotch Plains (on North and South Avenues) to save time.

This restaurant is amazing, I always use the drive-thru. Even when it's busy, they work quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly.
