We ask if the fish is frozen since it was not indicated on the menu as it should be by law, also considering the exorbitant prices of the dishes but the girl who took the order, annoyed, invented that by law all fish must be blast chilled , my wife specifies that only raw fish must be raw while the rest, if kept in the freezer, is frozen fish and therefore not fresh, okay, we order something else including two identical first courses: we wait but coincidentally for the dish of my wife who had asked the questions uncomfortable does not arrive on the fish. I ask for explanations and instead of apologizing they say that a mistake can happen but I was sure that when ordering we had specified twice that for pasta of that type two dishes were ordered and not one.
