Bergrestaurant Panorama - Schwangau

Maybe because I'm an American tourist whose never seen a more beautiful location for dining with friends and family that I'm rating this fabulous restaurant five stars, but I'm very excited to give this review. I felt like I was in a totally different world. The effort to get to the restaurant is an experience alone. Once we arrived on the mountain, we were surrounded by skiers and families with dogs of all sizes. Our waitress was extremely nice and understood the very little German that I speak (I'm working on this). I ordered the Kaespaetzle and Wezenbier and was thoroughly satisfied. I could barely finish everything, but I somehow managed to clear my plate. I'll be back for sure!

My husband, 15 year old daughter, and I wanted to relax, have a snack while enjoying the beautiful view. This restaurant is cafeteria-slye where you serve yourself. I order a capuccino, my daughter orders their chicken nuggets with fries, and my husband orders their asparagus soup. Total is €14.90. They only accept cash, no credit cards. My daughter said that their chicken nuggets were the best chicken nuggets she's ever had!
