Bidrage med feedbackThe Linde in Schwaikheim is, feels, forever. Just before ancient times have been here once and twice and reminds me that it was not bad at least. Whether it was an unusual mix between Greek and Italian at the time, I cannot remember that. Since the distance after a long day should not lead too far, we remembered the Linde and took it into consideration this sunny and somewhat warm day. Barbecue restaurant – Pizzeria Linde That sounds when you have already passed the menu, something, well, unlike usual. If you draw the card or flyer with the entire menu (both for orders outside the house, then the owner named Georgios Karafillidis should probably be more Greek descent. Who is responsible for the Italian part and could not find out. We arrived at the house, in the middle of the residential area and without visible own parking, so around 7 p.m. The warm weather allowed us to enjoy immediately with a place on the rather small but nice outdoor terrace. I just jumped in to announce that other guests (it were already two parties present to take place outside. From the pizza baker (Lord of the house? we were told that the flat part of the terrace is already reserved. The other part, however, may be occupied according to our gusto. That was enough for us. The part was easy to wear but still in tolerable areas. Interestingly, it was slightly fresher towards later and I think in retrospect, the reservation was moved inward. Never mind. Inside, as we were able to see during the evening, it was then rambling. The house is going well. “Drinnen” is dominated by a large counter with seating (which were of course largely exhausted, which also houses the pizza oven. That looks good. It is raved with pizza from the wood oven. The rest consists of solid wood tables of the rustic type, which are not particularly decorated or drapped. A circular arc in the middle area is almost all about Gimmick. Nevertheless, it doesn't look uncomfortable, rather well maintained. Service: Alsbald came a buoyant, fleety and friendly service to our table. She seemed to be the only one after all. Nevertheless, she had a very good grip and time to explain the one or the other without feeling hungry. For this performance, kindness was always present, in this occupation and task a very good performance. Only that she no longer showed herself outside at the end (and needed me to pay inside and also there asked to pack the rest costs the 5th star. But I want to forgive very good four and a half! Food: From the menu (in DIN A3 made of heavy sealed paper, double-folded we then took the double kitchen orientation. There are Greek and Italian classics (at least for D and otherwise not much about it. That would have been too much. This is how the card has a size that everyone should be satisfied. We then ordered: As an appetizer: Pepperoni (2,50 Tsatziki (3,50 this type of writing I have squeezed off the invoice The Pepperoni, unfortunately not grilled and without garlic, but was pointed out earlier, were neat in number and good pails. The Tsatziki had seen garlic for this and had a nice sharpness. The 10% yoghurt can be quickly made out of creaminess. It just always fits. Nothing simpler than that: you take a yogurt with a high fat content and haue garlic to sweets and some salt and pepper. It won't be better. Unfortunately, some still don't. Strange. But here everything has been voted. The main dishes were: Gyros with fries and side salad (10.50 pizza salami with garlic and extra cheese (8.70 Although the Gyros was a little rough cut, it was a point landing from the wort. The ratio has also been accurately tuned with a high viscosity. Cartilage was not felt. The pommes were suitable for the degree of frying and otherwise decent TK goods. On the other hand, the supplemental salad was quite surprised. Even not typical representatives of the relevant kitchens, he almost tended to be a descendant of local good-bourgeois. There was actually some potato salad. He did not taste as good as in the bourgeois, but he was decent. The pizza in turn was very ambivalent! A perfect dough with a slightly crusty and good airy edge, perfect, thin and largely solid soil, could be intrigued by some wood kiln junkie. Also the huge portion of (extra cheese didn't show up fat lakes and so it looked sucking. Unfortunately it was already. The dough itself had something, though little, wort. However, the coating and, in particular, the speary sugo was so low-taste and spicy that it was an almost suffering about the classy dough. I can't say what went wrong. But it went badly. Even a “sharf” in the form of chili powder could no longer help. Evtl. would have been a chili oil more suitable but there was “the Katz” already the tree up. Cleanliness: Everything we took in sight was clean. The toilets also made a very good and well renovated impression. PLV: That's all right. It tends to be more favorable for the location in front of the gates of Stuttgart. Since the “L” also plays with pure, there are only their 3.5 stars. Conclusion: In the case outlined above, Italian cuisine today had a lookout. However, since I cannot imagine that such a pizza fills the store so I believe in any mistake and am willing to try it another time. The Greek cuisine was decent and good. Therefore, after a kitchen trip the 3 – if it results again
