A culinary journey from the beginning to the end of a very special evening. Last Friday we were at the gourmet restaurant of Nico Burkhardt. We were personally welcomed by Chef Nico and his companion Bianca. Unfortunately, due to the Corona measures we could not take our aperitif at the bar as usual. In our last visits, it was one of the highlights to watch Chef Nico, how he lovingly and meticulously prepared the Amuse Gueule, which we got to the table this time, due to the current situation — these were also of the highest quality. We chose the 6 course menu with the absolutely harmonious wine tour. He managed to take us on a culinary journey. The complete menu is a gourmet experience with unforgettable taste explosions. The staff as always, despite the Corona masquerade very competent, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant small, fine and relaxed a place to feel good. We would like to thank Nico and Bianca and the entire team for this unforgettable evening. It was once again an experience of a special kind. We look forward to the next time.
