The prices at this place have gone up, so it's frustrating to pay $30 for a family of 4 and still have mistakes. The saving grace is that the food is still tasty.
I had a bad experience at this restaurant when I went through the drive-thru. I waited in line and watched three cars in the other lane get served before me, even though I arrived before them. The staff was rude, so I won't be going back.
I decided to use the drive-thru, which as expected, took a long time. After ordering, I received some items, including a so-called "regular hamburger." It was simply a bun with a patty, missing all the toppings. However, the mistake did give me a good laugh.
We entered the drive at 5:05 a.m. and it took 15 minutes to pay and then parked because they waited for riders. when we got the order 5 minutes later, that was a long minute and half, it was wrong. I went back to the load and asked them to repair it and that we were in the hurry now, it took the manager 2 minutes to ask the chef to ask the original burger who had taken 5 seconds for them to ask, and then I waited a few more. 27 minutes for a young chicken combo and a double Hamburger combo. the manager just sat around without real passion or care for their job or the customers they keep busy. I know it's hard to get personal, but honestly, that's just bad administration by the owners!
Just awful service today. Employees are rude, don’t even say hello or thank you. Just handed me my food and turned around. She even took the receipt right out of my hand! Who does that?
