Wir hatten gestern eine kleine private Feierlichkeit. Das Essen war pünktlich fertig und kam heiß bei uns an. Wir hatten Bratkartoffeln, Röstiecken, Steak mit Champignons, Steak Hawaii, Zunge und Hähnchenschenkel. Dazu gab es Tomatensalat, Bohnensalat und Gurkensalat. Jedes Fleisch war saftig und zart. Auch das Steak Hawaii war nicht überbacken, sondern wunderbar gratiniert. Die Hähnchenkeulen waren hervorragend gewürzt, mit einer schönen, knusprigen Haut und innen zart und saftig. Das Steak mit Champignons war sehr zart, und die Champions waren herrlich cremig. Die Zunge schmolz quasi im Mund. Die Röstiecken waren außen knusprig und innen schön weich – perfekt. Die Bratkartoffeln waren einfach spitze, sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Konsistenz. Alle Salate waren knackig und sehr gut gemacht. Besonders den Tomatensalat kann ich ans Herz legen. Der ist einfach fantastisch! Alles in allem war es absolut gut! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a little private party yesterday. The food was ready in time and came with us to Heiss. We had potatoes, skirts, steak with mushrooms, steak Hawaii, tongue and chicken legs. The tongue is almost melted in the mouth. The skirts were crispy outside and beautifully soft inside. Perfect. The roast potatoes were simply peppered with taste and consistency. The salads are all crisp and very well made. I'll take your tomato salad to your heart. It's just fantastic! All in all absolutely good! I recommend it.
