A warm and attentive welcome from Aurelia Grall, a chef who doesn't hesitate to meet his clients attached to collect their opinions! the holiday menu at 32€, always 2 choices, I chose: ceps velvet with hazelnuts and ravioli with foie gras, grilled trout net with cherry purée and small vegetables, brown cream tiramisu and hazelnut... The value ratio is more than reasonable! Everything is fresh and prepared house with love: a party! You must make a detour to discover this cuisine based on fresh and seasonal local products, which 'Aurelia Grall obviously knows how to stage in our plates: it's beautiful and it's so good! We will therefore treat ourselves as a special mention for Schmidt's organic wine, just ahead. All right.
