The people that work the drive through are always nice and they have never gotten my order wrong : highly recommend

The whole crew on September 2nd was doing an amazing job, especially the two lovely ladies named jayla and Sam!!! Definitely will come back Jose is supper funny!!

I usually would rate this place 5 stars, but today the customer service was unacceptable. The guy working the overnight shift was very rude. Instead of asking, “Is that all?” or confirming my order, he simply told me to “pull up” before I had even finished ordering. Not everyone orders just one thing, and his impatience was frustrating. I really hope management provides him with some customer service training because he definitely needs it.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant! I was charged 70 cents for a cup to hold my espresso shots. I ordered three shots, three pumps of vanilla, and three creams in a medium iced cup. To start, I didn’t even receive my shots—they handed me a drink with just cream and vanilla, completely forgetting the shots. When I returned it, they said someone must have taken the wrong drink and that they would add the shots for me. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t right, and I will never go back to let them take advantage of me again. This feels like pure greed! Also, I didn’t receive a cup of water, which turned out to be the charge for the cup used to make my drink.

The coffee was hot and fresh, and the donuts were delightful. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this franchise.
