This place was advertised as a farm to the table and is near so man and I decided to try the breakfast at a beautiful August morning. They are only open Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Whatever, that's good. Do what you can do. You don't. They open at 10 a.m., we came at 11 a.m. together with enough other parties to fill the small case. A few others before us. We ordered within 10 minutes, but it took 20 for our coffee and ice tea to arrive. Then the orange juice came. There is a waitress for the 35 or so capacity audience. It is thin, but very pleasant. It took 30 minutes to get our food. My husband had 2 fried eggs, a very small portion of scrap (1.5 square), and similar size piece hash browns. His toast was really not roasted. My brioche was actually 2 small slices of Limp-Französich-Toast with little taste and a teaspoon of strawberry jam and yogurt. Not appetizing. My recommendation is that they actually serve better food in larger quantities and rent another waitress. The other 5 stars? Must be relatives. It was a nice idea, badly executed. We won't be back.
Quite possibly the best breakfast/brunch I?ve had in my life. The eggs, hash, toast and sausage were as fresh and flavorful as can be imagined and all served in a relaxing, comfortable, beautiful setting. The farm staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the experience special. After you eat, you can also grab fresh produce, meats, eggs, sauces and more from the farm store on site. I cannot recommend coming here strongly enough.
This is truly an incredible dining experience for the Capital Region. Due to the excessive heat, we weren't able to have our planned dinner on the farm as expected, but the chefs moved the location to Riverside Maple Farm so that we could enjoy our meal in the AC. It was so cool to be able to eat from a real maple production room- and the chefs didn't miss a beat cooking from another place the food was AMAZING!

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday morning. Food was amazing, super fresh, and very reasonably priced. We split five items between us and would recommend each one. Cannot wait to try the Saturday night dinners!
