Applebee's - Schenectady

I had a really disappointing experience with my recent order from Applebee's. The food was cold and honestly inedible. They messed up my first order and sent me hot wings instead of the loaded waffle fries and cinnamon buns I had requested. After three hours, two identical orders, and a refund from DoorDash, I finally received my food, but it was just awful. It seemed like they sent me the same meal I ordered hours earlier. I’ve decided I will never order from them again; I’m tired of throwing DoorDash food in the trash—it's like throwing money away! This was my third and final order from Applebee's. The food is fine when you eat there, but ordering through DoorDash is just not worth it!

Consistently disappointing. I've been here about five times now, and each time something has been missing or completely incorrect. I've also paid for extra sauces that were never included. This is just unacceptable. It shouldn't be that hard to get an order right.

The food was cold and the order of mozzarella sticks wasnt a complete order. my desert also didnt come with the ice cream

The portions were extremely small—like something meant for a toddler. There was just a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes that even had a strange plastic piece in the middle. The chips served with the spinach artichoke dip were tough and chewy. As for the ribs, they were nearly devoid of meat, and whatever little was there was not edible.

I ordered the new neighbor burger, and it was so tiny that I might as well have gone to McDonald's for a burger. My wife got the macaroni and cheese, which was ice cold and hard. Our waitress was fantastic, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back to Applebee's after this experience. It was the worst I've ever had.
