Wok A Holic - Schaumburg

Wok Aholic is a good option for a quick bite in the Woodfield. The food options are laid-out, so you can see what you getting before you order. Service was quick and friendly. I selected the Kung Poa Chicken with stir fried noodles to share with my granddaughter. The portion was generous and sharable. The chicken was spicy and the vegetables were crispy and fresh. While it was a little pricy, it was very good and filling. The food court is clean and comfortable. Near by restrooms are modern and upscale. Don't forget to ask for chopsticks.

The food is overpriced for the amount that they give you. Plus it's not that great. I felt bad for the lady that was providing service. She was the only one working. The mall was remodeling the food court, but the area was clean.

I didn't even eat here, but I think that the service is awful. We were eating in the food court and my husband spilled all over himself right in front of her establishment. I asked her for some napkins and she said sorry napkins are only for customers. RUDE !!! she's in a FOOD COURT for goodness sakes!

I know the reviews from a year ago are bad (and even some recent), but our experience was very good. Although being customer service friendly could be improved, our meal came out so good. We had the noodles, with Shrimp and vegetables (shrimp was a good size) and the crispy orange chicken. Everything tasted well seasoned and was good.It was our first so maybe we happen to catch them at good time and when the food was made fresh (on Saturday at 5:20 PM).I hope they can keep up with the improvements and with making the food the way we experienced it.
