Wildfire - Schaumburg

We visited to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was our first experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we left feeling quite disappointed with both the menu selection and our overall experience. We started with Moscow mules, but they were terrible, and the bread that was served was cold. When our meals arrived, my steak, which I had ordered medium, was undercooked, charred, and lacked any flavor. My boyfriend's macaroni was cold, and the broccoli was so tough that it seemed like it wasn't steamed at all. While we were seated promptly and our orders were taken within 15 minutes of our arrival, we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. Overall, it was just a disappointing experience, and given the prices, we won't be coming back.

Great place! I went during lunch time. I haven't been to wildfire since before the pandemic, so the menu options have changed a bit. The atmosphere is excellent and the service is exceptional. Not as busy as the location in oak Brook, but it's quiet. I have no complaints and will be returning in the future! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The most noticeable difference was the food; Wildfire's dishes were lackluster. We ordered the Halibut and Steak, which, despite being premium options, lacked flavor. Although the prices were comparable, Wildfire just doesn't offer good value for money. In fact, I received a compliment saying my steaks, which come from Costco and don’t cost $50 each, are better than what we had at Wildfire. Service at both places was on par, and both restaurants acknowledged our birthdays with complimentary desserts. So, farewell to Wildfire; it was nice knowing you.

Had the best experience here. Went for my parent’s anniversary celebration. We had a private room with a table that could service 10. We had a wonderful server Janet who was absolutely the best!!!! The food was amazing as always!! Thank you!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
