Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had an amazing experience at Red Robin! They surprised me with a free meal for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture. I ordered a turkey burger and fries, and I have to say, it was the best turkey burger I have ever tasted! I didn’t even know they offered turkey burgers, let alone one that tasted that fantastic. Since I don’t eat beef or pork, finding a restaurant that serves turkey burgers is perfect for me. The manager, Scott, was incredibly gracious, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend visiting Red Robin and trying their turkey burger. Whenever I crave a turkey burger and don’t want to prepare it at home, Red Robin will definitely be my go-to spot!

Another fantastic dining experience! The burgers were delicious, and the waiting staff were very friendly. Although it was a Monday and the restaurant was empty, we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated because of the staff shortage. I can imagine they probably have complaints quite frequently.

My friend ordered a salad, and unfortunately, we discovered a dead fly in it, missing legs and a wing. It was buried beneath the greens, which is absolutely disgusting. I completely lost my appetite and will never dine here again.

When the manager approached, she acted defensively and insisted that we had missed our notification. I confirmed that we had never received a notification as we hadn't provided our phone number, and I showed her my phone to prove it. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, she reacted aggressively, thrusting her phone in my face and insisting we had missed it. I told her that this didn’t make sense, especially since we had been sitting there the entire time, and she could have simply checked on us. At this point, she yelled in my face that we had missed the notification and threatened to kick us out. I ended up leaving with three hungry and upset children under 6 years old. No one deserves to be treated like this, and if this is the standard of customer service from the management at this establishment, I will never bring my family or friends to any Red Robin location again. This level of treatment is simply unacceptable.

I didn't even know they sold turkeyburgers, let alone that it would be so good!!! I don't eat beef or pork so I can find a restaurant selling a turkeyburger is great for me. The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out Red Robin and trying the turkeyburger. Every time I think I want a turkeyburger and I don't want to make it home... Red Robin is where I will get it!!!
