Panda Express - Schaumburg

Run efficiently and decent food for quick fixation. good people behind the counter. they are often muddled, through are never rude.

Today my first time in this restaurant and the dame at the front (cashier) was rude. she called me after the correction. I'm not back. that was okay.

My husband and son order from here, but I don't. I am allergic to soy, and about two years ago I ordered the sweet with Teriyaki chicken without the sauce, and I had the worst reaction. how and why should soy be added to sweet is beyond me.

The worst panda ive was too, customer service is terrible, they hardly acknowledge them when they go in slow workers, waiting times are ridiculous.

The worst costumer service I ever experienced at panda. One lady was taking care of everyone and was being extremely rude when I asked her what entrees are left she yelled and said “well what do you want? Because the orange chicken is going to take 8 mins “ in the rudest manner ever I will never be back to this location…
