Meze Mediterraneo - Schaumburg

Upon arrival, we were seated in the chilly patio area despite there being plenty of available seating inside. After requesting a move indoors, we were seated by the door leading to the patio, resulting in a constant stream of cold air throughout the evening. The door did not shut automatically, requiring me to close it multiple times. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed and hosting several loud and disruptive large parties. Our server was excellent once we were finally attended to after a significant wait. While the food was delicious as usual, the overall experience was lacking the cozy atmosphere we typically enjoy at this establishment. Despite it being our anniversary dinner, we did not feel like a top priority that evening. Unsure if we will choose to dine here again for special occasions if this is the standard going forward.

As usual, the food was fantastic and the staff was top-notch. Our waiter, Dan, provided excellent recommendations and the manager, Jennifer, always ensures that our dining experience is enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised during our first visit to this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed everything at this restaurant. Ambience was beautiful, wait staff could not be better. Food was delicious. Ordered traditional Greek food and my husband said it tasted just like his fathers who was a chef. The Piano Man performed and he was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great food, the servers were attentive and the entertainment made the night better. We had fun! Definitely will go back again.
