Chicago Marriott Schaumburg Concierge Lounge

Fantastic stay. This Marriott is well run and well maintained. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Plenty of parking at a convenient location. Lounge was open during weekend for peace and quiet. Weekday lounge staff very attentive and professional. Restaurant staff also very professional. Fitness center and pool located on first floor, lobby is on the second. I really like this layout. Front desk staff at check in was new, but had it all together with a warm greeting and speedy check-in. This Marriott is a must stay when in the area.

Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Quick drive to several restaurants and Chicago favorites. Beautiful room very comfortable bed. Cleanest bathtub/shower I’ve seen at a hotel! Nice touch with a tv in the bathroom mirror!

We have stayed at this Marriott several times over the last 18 months, and have consistently had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Umberto, one of the bartenders, always remembers our names, and our preferred cocktail! On out most recent stay, I need to mention Jeremiah who checked us in at the front desk. My reservation was was for a standard room, but as a Gold Elite member, I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade on a space available basis. When I initially inquired about the upgrade, Jeremiah was concerned they were full, but he cheerfully checked the system and found us an upgrade on the Club Level and even gave us access to the M Lounge, all included along with our original reservation. Jeremiah did a phenomenal job taking care of us, and he is one of the several reasons we’ll continue to stay at this property.

We had an absolutely fantastic family stay at the Marriott Schaumburg! The hotel staff, especially Alonso, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and it was evident that great care was taken to maintain a pristine environment. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Marriott Schaumburg and Alonso for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable stay!

While the hotel was very clean and friendly, their hired security guards were not. We stayed for three nights for a hockey tournament and it felt like prison. We were followed around all weekend to make sure we had no outside beverages in any hotel area and that grown children were with an adult. It was not a fun and relaxing weekend like our past experiences in this hockey tournament and in the area. We will not go back to the Marriott.
