Bidrage med feedbackBought a big take out order at this place. Was dry and lumpy. too bad for a place that usually serves good food when eating dine-in very disappointed for a Fr 210.00 order. fried rice w. veggies and egg was dry. Noodles with chicken and egg. hardly any eggs and lumpy sticky noodles. so disappointed. never get take -out here again. Lettuce partially brown and not crunchy. Silver noodles salad was good.
They only had 3 items for lunch. Green curry with chicken, another curry with pork and a vegetarian curry in peanut sauce, which is what we ended up having. It was fantastic! We thought it might be sweet because of the peanut sauce, but it was really flavorful and not at all sweet. Nice place, nice service, good food. Highly recommend!
Great place for a quick lunch. The menu was simple and easy to choose from. I had the green curry chicken served over rice. The flavors were awesome and the price was reasonable.
If you are looking for Thai restaurant in Schaffhausen, i recommend Lemongrass. Since I'm Thai by origin, i can say that, this Thai restaurant is a very good one. I was in business trip with my husband and his friend in Schaffhasen last weekend. My husband wanted to eat Thai on saturday night so i just googled and found this restaurant and luckily we found a good one. Foods were delicious, if you like spicy i recommend papaya salad and 'yam nam tok phet', green curry was also very tasty. The price was reasonable. Restaurant located in pedestrian zone of Schaffhausen old town, close to Munot, it is very easy to find.
Looking for an option in Schaffhausen that isn't Swiss or Italian is not easy but after some wandering around we passed the Lemongrass restaurant. It looked busy and it was cold so we went in. There wasn't any spare tables however the waitress pulled a couple together and set them with the necessary cloths and cutlery. The decor isn't as great as some Thai restaurants although sometimes not having it laid on too thick is better. The waitress was very friendly and asked for our drink order. Unfortunately the choice was a bit limited but singaporeair beers were cheap and plentiful. Various starters where ordered, my colleagues prawn toast was very nice as was my mum thom yumm soup (very hot and very tasty). The main of chicken masala and red curry were all enjoyed as well (portions were HUGE) and it made a great change from our usual haunts. Try the Thai!
