L' Avenue - Schaarbeek

I do not recommend this terrible restaurant. I wish I had read the reviews before going because they are all accurate. Overall, this restaurant is awful: the service (especially the chef), the food, the prices - everything is bad! For instance, they serve meals on cold plates. When we asked about it, the waitress said the kitchen is too small to heat the plates. Ridiculous!

Wait times are unacceptable for basic dishes and service is practically non-existent. We witnessed another table waiting 15 minutes for coffee. The staff is constantly rushing around, making excuses for delays, and spending more time chatting than cooking. The high prices do not match the poor quality of the food. Avoid this place if possible. We had a similar experience twice, so we will not be returning for a third visit.

We should have read the opinions before we left. It would have saved us disappointment and unnecessary expenses. a glass of badly served beer, a completely uninteresting entrance, sauce dishes served on a wooden board (and live the tasks on the shirt,) non-cooked fries (if,) 3 small fried treats and with a bad taste, ... short, once but not two.

The wait time was almost two hours at this restaurant. The food was average and overpriced.
