Bidrage med feedbackFor some reason there's been an alarm chirping... for a month. I don't understand how the staff hasn't been driven insane. Update 1 month later: Alarm still chirping. But the review is for the abrasive staff and disorganized customer flow. More than once I've walked out even thought there were only 1 or 2 people in line because of holdups at the register or the staff shouting at someone. Maybe the chirping finally got to them. Could this Dunkin' be saved with an $8 fire alarm battery? I guess I'll never know (because it's gonna be Folgers at my desk from now on).
Of course perfect for a morning coffee before your commute from Scarsdale train station. It's the owner and staff of this DD that make it great. Since we moved here they have been so pleasant. Use the app if you want to just do a quick pick up plus you get free coffees. Please support your local businesses!
I ordered a drink and the train came and I had to run out the door before receiving my order. The gentleman working sprinted to the train caught the door to get me the coffee I ordered. I was just coming from a funeral and having that experience knowing people like that are out there made things a lot better. Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you!
Let alone the rude attitude, served Latte with spoiled milk, causing severe food poisoning.
Worst experience at a dunkin ever. Tried to overcharge, took 20 minutes to even order because they did not know how to put it in the system. When asking for a refund because they overcharged, they didn’t want to give us our money back and offered a donut instead. People that don’t know how to run an establishment should not be in customer service.
