The Coachman Inn - Scarborough

Lovely village pub with great food! My partner had the special of bangers and mash and it was great! I had the smoked salmon and cray fish ciabatta, lovely and fresh! And the chips were to die for!!! Young girl behind the bar was really pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Recently held my 30th birthday party here with all my family (20 of us) and even with the large number of guests all at one table all of the food arrived in good time and very hot. Fantastic staff and great food. Couldn't recommend the coachman highly enough. A massive thanks to all the staff.

Visited this lovely country pub today with friends for Sunday lunch, it's the best Sunday carvery I've been too, I choose the lamb as did my friend, my husband had the beef and our other friend had pork. Very generous slices of lovely tender meat. Nice choice of vegetables, the leeks in cheesey sauce were lovely. Yorkshire pudding the size of flat caps! 3 of us also had puddings which were equally as nice. The staff were friendly and intentive. Lovely log fires. To warm you up. This is a amazing place to eat, so much so we made 2 further books for Christmas and New year. Keep up the good work guys.

I booked The Coachman for a surprise 40th party, and from start to finish, Erkan and the team were superb. Every little detail was considered and we were so well looked after. The food was beautiful and the whole evening was such a memorable experience. This is tribute to the fantastic staff at The Coachman. I cannot thank you enough for the planning and preparation, and for your care on the evening. I would not hesitate to recommend The Coachman and we will be returning!

On holiday from Scotland with friends. Stopped at the Coachman Inn and had a fantastic carvery meal served by lovely friendly and polite staff.
