Domino's Pizza - Scarborough

Visited Scarborough on the 11th September from Nottingham,on the way had a leak in my vans radiator,6 hrs later got to the central hotel Scarborough at 7pm got everything in to the room the weather was rainy ,so with having a pretty **** day and with the weather not good , thought I'd order pizzas , wedges,and cookies.placed my order from dominos Scarborough,at 8.35,at 9.25 pizza arrived we was hungry so opened pizza boxes straight away,the food was cold and the wedges were stone cold .we couldn't eat the food and was tired,I said to my partner I will email Donimos in the morning.Next morning I sent email complaining about the cold food .After a day of questioning and answering by email,a company complaints department said that they can't help me any further as I should have contacted the dominos where I ordered the food,even after I explained everything that has happened that day.would never buy anything from this company again

Ordered at 11.15pm said 25 min wait… still not arrived at 1am. Called numerous times and fobbed off constantly. Absolutely would not recommend this place

Late and cold. Complete rip off. I don't know why anyone would bother with this company. £70 with of pizza Would have been better off with frozen from Asda.

After several disappointing food orders tonight was the last straw. I understand they can be busy at times so after waiting an hour for more lukewarm food I opened the box of cookies. Half of them were burnt black and completely inedible see photos. Customer services weren’t interested as I hadn’t followed their companies policy for complaints. App deleted… last ever order.

As a pizza lover I cannot express how disappointed I was with the pizza we received. Overcooked with very low quality dough. Not worth paying half price; full price is mental. If you really do need to order from here then don’t even consider the Double Decadence; £3 extra for a smearing of herb butter bearing no resemblance to the marketing images.
