DO NOT go here if you have a paper temporary DL issued by the State Of Illinois which is a legal document given to you while waiting for your hard copy! The Lady working asked for valid ID, my husband showed his, I showed my paper one given by the State. She said that was unacceptable by the owner. And I must cash out and leave. We have been several times with me using this form of ID, by the way!First of she should have been at the counter when we walked in and not In the back for long enough for my husband and I to play $20.She was rude and kept telling us we can call whoever.We will NEVER return!!

This place is nothing extraordinary, but it’s a nice spot to enjoy some time playing the slots. The bartender is very friendly, checking in to see if you’d like a drink and then giving you space, which I appreciate. You can have a chat if you want, but there's no pressure. The only downside was that my luck was the same as usual, haha. I’ll definitely come back!

It's worth noting that we've been there several times before without any issues when using this form of ID. To make matters worse, she should have been at the counter when we walked in, instead of being in the back for long enough for us to spend $20. Her attitude was rude, and she kept suggesting that we could call whoever we wanted. We will definitely not be returning!

I visited this restaurant in the Champaign area on August 15, 2022, and I had a disappointing experience. The blonde lady at the front desk was quite unwelcoming. After I sat down, she loudly shouted, "WE'RE FULL HOUSE, MA'AM." When another customer walked in and said she would wait a few moments, the staff member then told a gentleman, "Get your foot off the chair." This lady definitely needs some training in customer service. Working in a service-oriented environment requires a friendly demeanor and better communication skills. The owner should definitely address this issue.
