I visited Jack's for lunch today, and I was disappointed by the service I received. The woman at the counter was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. She seemed clearly annoyed and had a negative attitude while we were placing our orders, even rolling her eyes at my dad as he was trying to order. I understand that everyone has off days, but if you're working the counter, a little friendliness goes a long way. Service rating: 1.
