El Toro - Savannah

This is a hidden gem! I've lived in Savannah for several years and never knew about this restaurant. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking authentic Spanish cuisine!

I had a late lunch. This place is really a hidden gem. I had the tostones for an appetizer from the Dominican side hot, crispy and ingenious all for themselves, but this garlic sauce was too good not to dive! I chose a pasta from the Italian side Spaghetti Al Pomodoro e Basilico. The sauce was a rich, creamy red sauce filled with taste! While the restaurant itself is neat, clean and inconvenient, its food is not. I will definitely be back!!!!

If you do not visit this little jewel while you are in Savanah, you are missing. It may not look like much from outside, but the lady (there was only one work) was sweet as possible and all the smiles, the interior was very clean and the food was some of the best I had in the area. The menu was definitely another combination of Italian and Dominican, but it is worth it. My wife had the shrimp quasadillas and I had the roasted chicken with rice. Both were amazing. Even with a beer, we only paid $25. Make yourself a favor and give this place a try!

Eating here was amazing. We have eaten at many fine essreasturants and the quality, composition and execution of the food belongs here in a high-end restaurant. The cook has excellent skills in the kitchen. The area where the resturant is located is not as cool as the food in this restaurant. Could use the environment as demanding as the kitchen.

I absolutely adore this place! The food was fantastic, and the level of service and hospitality exceeded my expectations for a restaurant in Savannah. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially since I'm on a strict diet. They also did a wonderful job catering to our children's preferences. This will definitely be a restaurant I visit frequently—not just because the food was delicious, but also because of the exceptional treatment we received.
