Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Savage

This is my first time dining at this restaurant, and the smoothie is delicious! I can't wait to bring my family and friends to try it.

The service is fast and friendly, always! The smoothies are fantastic and the food is great. I wouldn't recommend the sweet potatoes though, as they are very dry. Other than that, everything tastes perfect!

We always enjoy the food and service at Tropical Smoothie. This is our second visit this week. After leaving the gym, we always look for something quick and healthy. The chicken buffalo wrap is delicious, and the Bahama Mama protein smoothie is excellent.

Yesterday, I picked up a GrubHub order from this restaurant and had a terrible experience with the customer service. The lady at the front, with black hair and cat eye makeup, refused to give me a drink carrier for two large smoothies. I explained that I needed one to prevent them from spilling in the car, as I had another order to carry as well and no space in my drink holders. Despite my explanation, she still denied my request. I then asked for a bag, as I couldn't just place two large smoothies on the seat or floor of my car without them spilling and creating a mess. She also initially refused to give me a bag. It was ridiculous that she argued with me about providing a bag for the smoothies. Eventually, after insisting, she reluctantly gave me a bag. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and they have lost a potential customer. When a customer asks for a drink carrier or bag, it should be provided without argument. It's disappointing that this even needs to be said.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I attempted to redeem a free smoothie reward through their app, but they were unable to figure out the issue on their end. Despite having another reward available, they refused to apply it to my order, causing me to lose out on two free rewards. Additionally, their dine-in area was being used as a daycare for employees' kids, who were loud, playing cartoons on iPads, and running around the store. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I would recommend going to a Jamba Juice instead, as it is much better.
