Sushikita - Saumur

Finally a real Japanese restaurant! The sushi is delicious and above all made by a real sushi chef. Clearly the best sushi I have eaten. The service is excellent and the owners are very friendly. It is worth the detour to Saumur.

Very small restaurant with very few tables. About eight places and as many in the cellar.... That's where we were at noon. It's not the best place when it's nice outside. At the same time we avoid cooking smells... Welcome without more... Good food and decent price but we were missing something to enjoy our meal.... Mixed feeling....

Having visited dozens of Japanese restaurants, this one is clearly a cut above! The lightly marinated sushi is killer, and everything else is up to par, the dishes enhanced with small touches of herbs and condiments as decorative as they are excellent, there is a real search for quality! Vaulted room in the basement which adds intimacy and curiosity. To discover !

Toujours aussi bon! Du beau, du bon! A chaque fois que nous venons dîner dans ce restaurant, nous en ressortons comblés ! Une valeur sure! Un grand bravo à cette serveuse toujours aussi dynamique! Merci!
