Bidrage med feedbackWent to the Wednesday market in Sault, which was pretty good. For lunch we chose Le Provençal, and it was a fine choice. If you’re going here on market day, you should book early, to get a table on the terrasse. I tried something new, cervelle d’agneaux, which were excellent. Between us, we had rabbit, duck, veal kidneys and salmon tartare. Along with a very pleasant rosé. For dessert, there are tarts and pastry, which are great and a chocolate mousse which is fantastic. Everything was well cooked, our server was lovely and chef came out to make sure that his customers were happy. All this for €105 for four. I think that this is very good value.
Showed up for lunch without reservation, got a nice table outside (but better come early as in half an hour the restaurant was full). Tomato platter with buffalo mozzarella (yes, not salad, a proper platter similar to carpaccio) is absolutely mind-blowing. The mains were good too, the service was efficient and friendly enough.
Perfect welcome. This restaurant is in complete privacy. Everything in the plate is fresh and delicious, we ate everything!
Restaurant discovered last year on advice from a friend. Refined dishes, very pleasant service, and very correct prices regarding the quality of the dishes.
Refined cuisine, a top chef for so many years, impeccable service!
