Taco Bell - Saugus

Love the cheese quesadilla. I'm so upset they stopped selling the shredded chicken quesadillas. They were so good...I HOPE THEY BRING THEM BACK!

3 people on the clock not working. Stood there 5 minutes no service! 3 of them only 1 person doing something. As the one that was supposed to be at the counter looks at me and turns to finish her conversation. Didn't even say I will be with you shortly. So I some place else. Horrible service!!!!

This is my second time to this taco bell and it was worse than the first time. I ordered online, they told me my food was ready, I went there, waited 30 minutes before they gave it to me without my drink. Ordered an ice cold drink, they gave us a soft drink, supposedly the machine was broken. Buy a quesadilla, I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't a quesadilla at all and they forgot to give me my taco. Bad experiences, if it was for that taco bell in that mall I would never eat tacos in my life

Hello hello everyone. I very much enjoyed this splendid establishment even though the food tastes like horse ****. I ordered a fucking chicken bean burrito and a Baja blast and your dumb ass employees gave me a fork with my meal. Like come on man you can do better. Over all the place smells like my grandpas house which smells like eggplants and I saw some very disturbing things while I was there. It was very run down and dark inside. The employees could have been way nicer and treated me poorly. Btw here's a pick of the after math...

Ordered Chili Verde Fries with steak and the employee at the counter (May 29, 12:35 pm) was, for some reason, confused despite it being on the sign right behind her. She mocked me for only wanting the fries and not the meal? She needs some customer service skills.
