The Matcha Latte was perfect! They got my entire order right and delivered it quickly.

The food was delicious. However, the new staff could use some training on showing a bit more respect towards customers.

This team works hard from opening to closing, juggling both in-store and mobile app orders. They are the only Dunkin' Donuts location that serves an amazing iced caramel macchiato. Everyone is friendly and works as a team. They can get very busy, but if you have a little patience, they will do their best to provide excellent service. I am a patient person, and even when my autistic child is in a hurry, I understand that sometimes there may be a short wait. Just be understanding and kind, because their coffee is definitely worth it.
