Pizzeria Fratelli La Bufala - SASSARI

I went to fratelli la bufala two weeks ago and apart from the location a little bit far from the centre of Sassari, I liked it a lot. First of all the waiters were really nice and polite with us, from the beginning to the end of the service. In the menu there was a wide selection of dishes, from the first dishes to the desserts, but expecially pizzas seasoned with Neapolitan tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. I tried a margherita pizza and it was simply fantastic, the ingredients were fresh and tasty and the pizza dough too. A negative point was the time spent waiting for the dishes, about an hour! Anyway the restaurant was simple but welcoming, appropriate for a family. The price was moderate. I would advice this restaurant to anyone.

Visited this restaurant without expectation. Really surprised to find good quality food and interested staff keen to advise on food and drink. We had an amazing platter of buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto and salad. The neapolitan fried delights were less interesting. Dessert was a Nutella and ricotta delight of mini doughnuts. Throughout the meal the chef was very happy to engage in rigorous questioning.

Had a nice pizza and a local beer. Not bad. Average service and a little bit of wait on food but overall Ok
