Bidrage med feedbackGreat food in the family atmosphere. Great price and kindness. Recommended.
In my opinion it is the example of Sardinian tradition. It seems to be guests at the house of a Sardinian farmer who delights you with excellent dishes of the typical cuisine. Alone if she sings it and plays it... all at the table and served at the same time. We were really well, without formalism and put at ease. Fixed menu at € 40...antipasti, two first (fregular zucchini and bottarga and gnocchetti with sausage sauce) and the inevitable porcetto (excellent). Also included: bread (beautiful basket with also carasau) cannonau wine (buonissimo) water, sweet coffee and excellent organic myrtle and aquavite. In conclusion, I'll come back for those who don't know him. You won't regret it if you like to feel at home.
Restricted family lunch for the baptism of my Riccardino, we were fine. The owner was very kind and the food was really good. The porcetto is a real delight. The sponge pan with lemon cream then... One of the best cakes I've eaten! Congratulations!
In search of a typical Gallura dinner with fixed menu we came across this farm on the Sassaresi hills. The landlord and chef of the farm has warmly welcomed us with a table full of various and super typical appetizers, from the soup of chickpeas to the cutting board of typical Sardinian salami and cheeses, all very fresh and of excellent quality as well as all the rest of the tasting; two first super abundant and delicious, and as according to the porceddu in the oven with potatoes (my first porceddu, unforgettable, I get the water in my mouth only to talk about it). To finish typical Sardinian desserts, all watered by Cannonau and Mirto made in the house. ALL TO SOLI 40€ per head!! Ah and how not enough the landlord opened that night only for us as he planned to stay closed that night, but to keep the word given on the phone the night before, he made an exception, giving us a unique experience, a restaurant and a chef (always him) all for us! I'm sorry.
Award to the best porceddu absolutely to try but remember to keep the space in your stomach the courses are gigantic and exquisite tempers against your tenacity to get to the pig. Family atmosphere and intimate thanks above all the owner chef who in quieter evenings also lends himself to waiters and entertains his guests with chatter of the same taste. We will definitely return but this time fasting for a few days.
