Removing my review after you only delivered half of my order after I paid for the full order, does not excuse you from what I see as theft. Rubbish service from this outlet, don’t order from them!!!!!! Your customer care is non existent, and your call centre is dysfunctional.

My order was late. But at least the manager had the decency to phone me and tell me, Sir I apologize that we are late, we are very busy. As soon as the first driver gets in, your order will be first . 5 minutes later, I got the call that the driver is on his way. THANK YOU. For letting me know. I appreciate that as I am a time keeping person, so I didn 't mind waiting. Food was still hot and fresh. Double chicken dive. Awesome. Keep it up. Well done guys

Placed an order Saturday, got delivered. Opened the pizza. Wrong toppings. Had to resort to twitter in order to complain because the store is unreachable. The twitter team, contacted the specific store. This branch didn’t listen to my specific orders. Luckily got my pizza replaced but was told I owe the shop a pizza. (Meaning the one that was delivered Saturday) When trying to place a call for the “inquiry department” option 2 (at the same store) she picks up but continues talking to whoever is in front of her. I was able to listen in on the conversation on what type of client I am. NEVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN.

Generally an average experience and interaction, but was not pleased when i made the small mistake of not realizing my online order was set to collect and not Deliver. It took multiple phone calls to change it to deliver and after confirming for delivery i still received phone calls asking when i would collect, when it did eventually get delivered the driver was incredibly rude also stating it was for collect. So heaven forbid you make a mistake on your order.
