Prairie Harvest Cafe - Saskatoon

Great dinner choices. Great drink choices. Great service. The menu is not huge but has enough variety to please everyone. I recommend it highly!

Looking to have lunch on a Sunday, found this small isolated Cafe on the lower east side. The ingrediance are sourced from inside Saskatchewan, so apparently that equals 'fresh'. I'm buying it! Also all dishes are made from scratch! The dish I had was awesome, and by the looks of my daughter's eggs benny, it's possibly the best scratch benny in town. Yes, I haven't see all the bennies in town, but because of the ones I have seen... I usually pass on eggs benny. Now I don't have too, yippie ki yay!

This is the first place I have been to in Saskatoon that is better than "good enough". Really fantastic food. Good service. Good beers on tap. Focus on quality over selection is refreshing.

Prairie Harvest is as unique in its food as much as it is in it's decor. With only 6 items on it's lunch menu it still offers a good selection. Most of it's ingredients are locally sourced and made right there, in front of you if you want to stand and watch. When you walk into the restaurant you walk into the kitchen! I had a burger (beef/pork) and homemade chips (not fries) for $16. This is a good case of you get what you pay for, definitely not a frozen puck and fries out of a bag. I also had a coffee creme brullee that was so good!!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Pleasantly surprised and pleased. The food service was quick and the meal tasted fresh and our beverages were good and cold.
