Garbage service , the guy doesn?t serve in a timely matter , sat there with a empty beer for at least 15 mins

This is a great place if you just wanna unwind after work. Great staff too. The pints are always 5$ which is my favorite thing to get besides the poutines. The poutines are delicious and for less then 8$! The Bartenders always make great drinks????

I have had many good experiences with this service, however, the woman working the off sale phone was extremely rude. She was unhelpful, short when answering questions, and lacked common customer service skills. Hung up on me when I asked for a timeestimate which was not given to me the first time I called. I understand being busy or maybe having a bad day, but I also thinkcustomers deserve better than that.

November 15, 2023We come here regularly because of awesome pizza and service. The usual server during the day is awesome, whoever it was today needs to be retrained. She devoted all of her attention to one table (in a virtually empty bar) and ignored all other patrons. Her bar helper didn't even back her up when he was not busy. I left after 20 minutes.Good luck keeping customers if service continues like this

Incredible atmosphere and dining. Our server Brandon was courteous and quick on his feet. The food has an interesting spin on many classic pub staples.
