Mcdonald's - Sartell

Sartell's McDonald's is great. Fast service, good clean atmosphere and excellent breakfast!

It started once I was trying to take my order he/she not sure was talking EXTREMELY FAST it was hard to understand him/she. Get my food and check my fries in the kids three kids meal and ours and there SOGGY and coldish not even warm. I tell the gentleman can I get fresh Fry's these are old soggy and cold. He said yeah pull up to front window. He was nice about it though. So I do. Kids want there nuggets and burgers so I give them their boxes. Kids say Fry's are gross there cold. After the proper time to wait the SHIFT LEAD as his badge says comes to the window I put my hand out for the bag of fresh Fry's and he yells I NEED YOUR FRYS FIRST! You want me to reach back and grab out vold Fry's from the kids kids meals really? YES he snaps! Whatever so I do it and I told him you guys gave us cold soggy Fry's and treat us like we did something wrong. He shoved the bag to me, I took it and he slammed the door. I had kids in my car and if you are going to behave that way 1 to customers and most importantly around children you DEFINITELY DO NOT need to be a shift Lead let alone working with customers. Will not be going there again during this time frame. Was there about 4pm.

It's the bottom of the fast food chain imo. You already knew what to expect, you drive away swearing you'll never go back

Good days and bad days. Some days it will be fine, other days like today you'll have none of the sauce you ordered in the bag.

Breakfast stop. Drive thru. The teller was grouch ,not helpful at all.. our sausage busicuts where hard . But the teller that hives the food was friendly and joyful.
