Cold Stone Creamery - Sartell

We arrived just before closing time tonight, with three groups totaling around 20 people. I was part of the last group. The staff welcomed us warmly and served us with great politeness. I give them an A for customer service and satisfaction! We will definitely be returning. The ice cream is outstanding!

They were outstanding. We arrived after an event at the elementary school, along with many other families, which made it a bustling Tuesday night for them. However, they were wonderful! They greeted us with smiles and were welcoming throughout our visit.

I included a photo of my husband enjoying his Cold Stone treat, which I absolutely love as well. I specifically requested a "Love It" size two or three times, but it seems we received a smaller size instead. I truly enjoy Cold Stone, but it can be a bit frustrating when expectations aren’t met. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize the size discrepancy until we got home, and it wasn’t worth the hassle of going back. However, we will definitely return in the future!

I always receive excellent customer service whenever I visit this place! The staff is amazing, and of course, the ice cream is delicious as well.

Makenna and Maia were incredible! They were so friendly, created the most delicious ice cream, and truly made the experience fantastic! We will definitely be returning!
